We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented People & Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will work closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence and support the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence:
- Streamline and improve operational processes across all departments.
- Develop and implement key operational policies and procedures.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee administrative functions
- Team Building & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning and execution.
- Assist in team building initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Identify and implement strategies for improving team communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to company culture development and employee engagement.
- CEO Support:
- Provide direct support to the CEO on a wide range of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis as needed.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced operational role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.
