What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Receive and process customer orders via telephone or fax, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Handle an average of 11 calls per hour after the initial training period
- Solve routine and complex customer service issues, escalating as necessary
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s system
- Assist with additional duties as assigned, including potential cross-training in other departmental roles
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Proven organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks
- Computer proficiency and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Must have high-speed internet access for remote work
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
- Previous call center experience or similar customer service background
