What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and process customer orders via telephone or fax, ensuring prompt and courteous service
• Handle an average of 11 calls per hour after the initial training period
• Solve routine and complex customer service issues, escalating as necessary
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s system
• Assist with additional duties as assigned, including potential cross-training in other departmental roles

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
• Proven organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
• Must have high-speed internet access for remote work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with medical terminology is preferred but not required
• Previous call center experience or similar customer service background
