About The Role
An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and passionate Director of Marketing to join the esteemed team at Four Seasons Hotel Baku in Baku, Azerbaijan. As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decisions.
What You Will Do
As the Director of Marketing, you will lead all marketing endeavors, with the support of teams in sales, revenue management, public relations, catering and reservations. Your leadership role focuses on all sales, marketing and product development activities to ensure strategies yield maximum revenue for rooms, F&B, Spa and other revenue streams and support brand clarity (DNA) throughout the hotel.
What You Bring
Our Ideal Director of Marketing candidate will have a remarkable talent and enthusiasm for sales and marketing, coupled with strategic foresight and a proven track record in both domains.
Proficiency in revenue and budget management, along with a creative edge for marketing initiatives will be required.
Prior experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel sector, and proficiency in English and Russian are essential.
