Litigation Paralegal (Discovery Experience Preferred)

Location: Los Angeles. CA (West Los Angeles)

Work Model: Onsite

Compensation: $25-$40/hour (Based on Experience)

This role is integral to supporting our attorneys with discovery-related tasks in a plaintiff-focused practice. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests.
• Organize, review, and analyze documents for production and case preparation.
• Coordinate with attorneys to ensure discovery deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties via phone and email.
• Support case management by maintaining detailed records and tracking case progress.
• Adapt to evolving case strategies and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate work.
• Provide bilingual support (Spanish and English) in client interactions and document translations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with discovery processes in a legal setting.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence and professionalism on the phone.
• Ability to work effectively in a plaintiff-focused environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A flexible, adaptable mindset to meet the demands of a dynamic legal team.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education (preferred but not required).
