Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape and implement the company’s long-term financial strategy.
• Provide financial insights to support data-driven decision-making and business planning.
• Identify and assess opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments.

2. Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including board members and investors.

3. Risk Management and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement internal controls to protect company assets and mitigate risk.
• Oversee insurance, legal, and compliance matters related to financial operations.

4. Treasury and Capital Management

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and debt to maintain liquidity and financial stability.
• Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with financial institutions and investors.
• Develop and oversee investment strategies to maximize returns on assets.

5. Operational Efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance financial outcomes and operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record of strategic financial leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, risk management, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced financial modeling.
