Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Learn and understand the company’s products/services and sales processes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitors.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to generate leads and build client relationships.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, client visits, and networking events to gain practical experience.
- Provide administrative support in sales documentation and CRM data management.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing insights to enhance performance.
- Take on assigned projects to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Shadow senior managers to understand various aspects of sales operations and strategy.
- Training Duration 1 year
Education
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- Atleast 1 year of experience
- Preferred number of years of experience: 2 years

- Maximum 2 Years Experience in Relevant Field (Sales / Marketing)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick learning ability and adaptability to new knowledge and skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and stay positive under challenging
- conditions.
- Self-confidence, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish trust with clients.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Compensation & Other Benefits
Salary : 20000 – 25000 Taka/Monthly
