Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Learn and understand the company’s products/services and sales processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitors.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to generate leads and build client relationships.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings, client visits, and networking events to gain practical experience.
  • Provide administrative support in sales documentation and CRM data management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing insights to enhance performance.
  • Take on assigned projects to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Shadow senior managers to understand various aspects of sales operations and strategy.
  • Training Duration 1 year

Education

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • Atleast 1 year of experience
  • Preferred number of years of experience: 2 years

  • Fresh Graduates/ Bachelor’s degree or Higher
  • Additional Requirements

    • Maximum 2 Years Experience in Relevant Field (Sales / Marketing)
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Quick learning ability and adaptability to new knowledge and skills.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and stay positive under challenging
    • conditions.
    • Self-confidence, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish trust with clients.
    • Sales or customer service experience is a plus

    Compensation & Other Benefits

    Salary : 20000 – 25000 Taka/Monthly
