About The Team

The Data Analyst Team under the Buyer & Marketing Product Line is dedicated to leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and optimize product performance. The team focuses on analyzing product effectiveness and metrics to provide actionable insights. They collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure data-driven strategies enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Job Description

  • Build an e-commerce product metric system, monitor data anomalies, and promptly identify product business risks
  • Provide professional data support for corresponding business product decisions in e-commerce scenarios
  • Explore and analyze data to uncover business opportunities or product improvement directions, and produce well-organized, rigorously argued analysis reports
  • Actively promote various relevant departments to improve data collection and ensure the implementation of analysis recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics, Engineering or a related science/tech field, expected to graduate in 2025
  • A solid grasp of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing evaluation, time series analysis), familiarity with common data analysis methodologies
  • Experience using data access tools, building dashboards and analyses with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and data visualisation (e.g. Google Data Studio/Lumos/Druid)
