Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000/year

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery, including document review, drafting discovery requests and responses, and conducting depositions under supervision.
• Work closely with clients to gather information, provide updates, and ensure excellent client service.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials as appropriate.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation, including creating trial binders, exhibits, and witness outlines.
• Stay informed about legal developments relevant to the firm’s practice areas.

Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in California. This is required.
