About the location:

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About The Role

In this role, you will drive the people strategy, foster an exceptional employee experience, and ensure our team reflects the very best in talent, diversity, and culture.

What You Will Do

Lead Talent Acquisition and Development

  • Design and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, ensuring outstanding candidate experiences from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Coach and support hiring managers to optimize internal mobility and external hiring processes.

Build and Foster Culture

  • Champion the Four Seasons Employee Value Proposition, ensuring it resonates through all People and Culture initiatives.
  • Leverage employer branding to create a compelling narrative for prospective and current employees.
  • Organize events and activities that strengthen team morale and connection to our brand values.

Drive Strategic People Planning

  • Collaborate with leadership to assess future talent needs and develop proactive workforce plans.
  • Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate experience, and drive improvements.
  • Ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and the hotel’s manning guide and budget.

Ensure Excellence In Employee Experience

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders, addressing individual development needs.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
  • Uphold compliance with all statutory and company policy requirements.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in people and culture management, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to executing HR initiatives.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, workforce planning, and employer branding.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
