Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the implementation and delivery of training and development programs across the organization Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance Identify training gaps and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development Strong understanding of Human Resources practices and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS) Strong organizational and project management skills
