Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and team management in the EV charging and infrastructure solutions domain. The role involves process optimization, project management, and technical operations for high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Operations: Ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction for existing clients.
- Process Optimization: Design and optimize processes, including supplier onboarding.
- Team Management: Allocate tasks, mentor team members, and conduct progress reviews.
- Data & Reporting: Create detailed reports on client/vendor performance and team activities.
- Project Management: Oversee EVCS installations and maintenance projects.
- Technical Operations: Manage maintenance of electrical equipment (UPS, transformers, HVAC, DG sets).
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain reports like MMR, SLA, and AMC records.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1. B.E/B.Tech + M.Tech/MBA (Electrical Engineer Preferred)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
