Regional Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through delivering exciting campaigns to drive awareness about events and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating world-class experiences that introduce members into Loop’s preventative healthcare system
- Partner with the marketing team to create and deliver exciting campaigns to drive awareness about events
- Work with clinical operations to ensure high-quality service delivery at Loop health camps and other events
- Collaborating with HRs and CSMs to ensure high CSAT and NPS scores, making sure our members have exceptional experiences.
- Reporting to executives on event performance with comprehensive customer attendance and satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing events with a track record of success.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure seamless execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Willingness to travel and oversee on-ground activities, ensuring every detail is perfect and our members are delighted.
