Position: Head of Group Central Services

Location: Camberley, Surrey (with occasional travel)

Salary: Competitive, with benefits package (OTE £100,000 per annum, inclusive of performance-related bonus, car allowance, and private healthcare)

Motofix is a leading name in accident repair services, delivering quality and innovation through a network of state-of-the-art centres. We are now seeking a strategic leader to drive excellence across our central services teams and IT systems.

As Head of Group Central Services, you will:

  • Lead our customer service, vehicle damage assessment, parts operations, and central support administration teams.
  • Drive innovation in IT applications, including optimising management systems and developing advanced internal dashboards.
  • Deliver process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
  • Lead high-impact projects to shape the future of our operations.
  • Play an integral role within the senior management team, influencing the strategic direction of the company.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced leader with:

  • A background in fleet management, car rental, contract hire, or similar operational roles.
  • Excellent people management abilities.
  • Exceptional understanding of management systems, dashboard reporting, and data-driven tools.
  • Proven expertise in project management and operational transformation.
  • Financial acumen, including the ability to read, interpret, and analyse management accounts and performance data.
  • A passion for driving excellence across multi-faceted central service functions
