Job Overview
Loop Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated In-House Registered Nurse to join our team. The primary role of this position is to conduct health camps within corporate settings, where you will be responsible for collecting employee vitals, conducting blood sample tests, and providing health education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive healthcare, with experience in diagnostic testing and a deep understanding of health education.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site health camps at corporate client locations, collecting vitals (e.g., blood pressure, random blood glucose, etc.), conducting blood sample tests, and providing follow-up assessments.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as blood glucose, cholesterol, lipid profile, and other preventive screening as per the health program guidelines. Ensure accurate recording of results and assist with test interpretation as needed.
- Educate corporate employees on various aspects of preventive healthcare, such as the importance of regular screenings, healthy lifestyle choices, stress management, nutrition, and exercise. Tailor educational materials and sessions based on the needs of the population.
- Document and manage health data collected during health camps, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all medical information. Provide regular reports on health camp outcomes and employee health trends to the Health Program Manager.
- Work closely with the Loop Health team, including physicians, wellness coaches, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and refine employee health programs. Collaborate with the client’s HR and wellness teams to meet organizational health goals.
- Provide personalized health counseling and follow-up support for employees based on health camp assessments. Monitor progress and recommend next steps for any identified health concerns.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state nursing license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, preventive healthcare, or corporate wellness setting.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tests and preventive health screenings (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose testing, lipid profiles, etc.).
- Ability to educate and engage individuals in health-related discussions, with clear and concise communication skills.
- Familiarity with health and wellness programs within corporate environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and proactive in addressing employees’ health concerns.
