What is required from you?
- A minimum of 24 months on your right to work in the UK
- We are currently recruiting for two Night Care Assistants
- Position one – shifts to be covered on a two week rolling rota: Week 1 Wednesday 8pm to 8am & Friday 8pm to 8am. Week 2 Wednesday 8pm to 8am, Saturday 8pm to 8am & Sunday 8pm to 8am.
- Position two – shifts to be covered on a two week rolling rota: Week 1 Monday 8pm to 8am, Thursday 8pm to 8am & Friday 8pm to 8am. Week 2 Monday 8pm to 8am, Tuesday 8pm to 8am & Saturday 8pm to 8am.
A day in the life of a Care Assistant
- Companionship – Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care -supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication -Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks – light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility – Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities – Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.
