Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess clients’ mental health needs and conditions.
- Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate a mix of traditional and alternative therapeutic strategies.
- Provide remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, as dictated by client requirements.
- Employ evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, customizing them to each client’s situation.
- Remain informed about the latest developments in mental health research and integrate relevant insights into your therapeutic practice.
- Maintain a commitment to confidentiality and adhere to the highest ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure a holistic, client-centered approach to care.
- Engage in continual professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conducting both virtual and in-person therapy sessions.
- Strong ethical foundation and a deep commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- A valid state license to practice therapy (e.g., ACSW, AMFT, APCC).
- Demonstrated experience with a range of therapeutic approaches and modalities.

Compensation And Benefits
Pay Range: \(32—\)37 USD per hour
