What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide support to Property Managers in maintenance, tenant relations, collections, and reporting
• Interact with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address their needs
• Assist with budgets, financial reports, and reconciliation of accounts
• Track certificates of insurance and manage accounts payables
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional property management service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team
• Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent organization and time management abilities
• Experience with property management financials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Yardi and AP/AR preferred
