What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organize documentation related to transactions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote working environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with real estate transactions
  • Previous use of project management software for task tracking
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
