About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and excellence across our global sales and marketing functions. By optimizing tools, processes, and strategies, you will help align sales and marketing efforts, improve productivity, and contribute to achieving measurable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Forecasting and Regional Support – Assist in the preparation and management of global sales forecasts and support sales activities in the APAC region.
  • Partner Program Management – Oversee and enhance the Partner Program, working closely with partners to ensure their success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Analysis and Optimization – Evaluate existing sales and marketing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • CRM Management – Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operational decisions.
  • Performance Monitoring – Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Leadership – Lead and execute improvement initiatives within the sales and marketing domains.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in sales support and project management, with a focus on operational excellence
  • Background in B2B high-tech industries.
  • Experience with KPI implementation and management to evaluate and improve performance
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software, with a strong understanding of their functionality
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to drive actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
