Reports to
Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Forecasting and Regional Support – Assist in the preparation and management of global sales forecasts and support sales activities in the APAC region.
- Partner Program Management – Oversee and enhance the Partner Program, working closely with partners to ensure their success and alignment with business objectives.
- Process Analysis and Optimization – Evaluate existing sales and marketing workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- CRM Management – Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for sales, marketing, and operational decisions.
- Performance Monitoring – Define, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Leadership – Lead and execute improvement initiatives within the sales and marketing domains.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in sales support and project management, with a focus on operational excellence
- Background in B2B high-tech industries.
- Experience with KPI implementation and management to evaluate and improve performance
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software, with a strong understanding of their functionality
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to drive actionable insights
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
