What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Ensure quality maintenance and accountability of customer support processes through procedural documentation and verification
• Catalogue data with appropriate PestRoutes flags and note categories for cross-functional analysis
• Conduct data entry of audits through telephony, CRM, and other operations systems
• Audit data entered by other Customer Support roles to monitor adherence to established procedures
• Report errors encountered by support staff to relevant supervisors for coaching and correction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma is required; Associate degree is preferred
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Access and Outlook
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Sincere passion for creating systems that ensure uplifting and positive customer experiences
