What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the face of the employer in the sports venue industry
- Establish and cultivate relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and venue owners
- Identify and track development opportunities for new constructions, renovations, or rebranding of sports venues
- Position the employer as the primary service provider for signage, lighting features, and digital scoreboards
- Collaborate with the sales team to set yearly sales goals and direct marketing efforts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s degree or higher in marketing, business development, construction management, architectural or structural design
- Minimum of 5 years of documented experience in the sports venue industry
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in major projects, preferably in sports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents; mechanical aptitude is desired

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience selling signage, scoreboards, or architectural elements
- Highly competitive nature with a strong interest in sports
- Ability to work outside of traditional hours common in sales
