Director Project Management

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director, Project Management to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects critical to our success. This individual will be a strategic thinker with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, new product development (stage-gate process), large-scale CAPEX initiatives at our Tulsa manufacturing facility, and all other general projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Serve as the key point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels to drive project success.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Product development processes and CAPEX project management is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations is a plus.
