FUNDED is a dynamic and rapidly growing FinTech dedicated to helping startups and scale-ups tackle one of their most urgent needs: fundraising. Our mission is to become the leading platform for non-dilutive fundraising, combining premium consulting services with our proprietary SaaS solution.

What We Do

  • Grant Funding We help our clients secure up to EUR 15 million in tax-free, non-dilutive funding through government grants.
  • Debt Fundraising We support our clients in raising venture debt by leveraging our network, expertise, and document preparation services.
  • FundedOS Our proprietary SaaS solution streamlines all aspects of our consulting services and serves as a standalone platform for clients who prefer a self-service approach to non-dilutive fundraising.

As a Product & Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Serve as the key connector between the developer team, sales and consulting, collaborating with stakeholders to refine our proprietary software solution (Funded OS), own the product roadmap, and align with market demands and client needs
  • Conceptualize new features to enhance our software solution, making the entire customer journey more seamless and valuable for our clients
  • Drive SaaS product growth and revenue by implementing strategic sales initiatives, engaging proactively with clients, and uncovering new market opportunities

Requirements

We look for strong proof-points that you:

  • are experienced in product management for SaaS solutions, with a quick grasp of complex concepts and a hands-on mentality to develop and implement pragmatic solutions efficiently.
  • are skilled in driving SaaS growth through sales initiatives, client engagement, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • are skilled in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and refining processes to ensure efficient execution and impactful results.
  • possess strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to balance multiple high-impact sales and product initiatives effectively.

Candidates interested in this role should


  • possess a minimum of two to three years of full-time work experience in product management, product ownership, or related fields, mandatory within SaaS and B2B environments
  • have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in business, technology, or a related field
  • possess native German language skills
