Production In Charge – Agrochemical

Job Description

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company’s products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Should be handled batch charging activity independently.
• Should be exposure to handle the manpower/casuals.
• Should understand about basic knowledge of pesticides, pyrethroids and technical.
• Should be knowledge of HSE rules and regulations of pesticides.
• Should be knowledgeable in handling formulation equipment like AODD Pump, Sparkler Filter, and Screw Pump, and issuing control forms for personal protective equipment and spraying equipment.
• Basic knowledge of 5S and shop floor discipline.
• Ensure the safety of Man, Material & Material Handling Equipment.
• Ensure the machinery is functional.
• Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards.
• Lead team members Track metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or equivalent experience.
• The ideal should have 5-8 Years of experience in Agrochemical industry.
• Act independently
