Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis:
    • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through detailed assessments, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tools.
    • Identify movement issues, pain points, and the root causes of physical limitations.
  • Treatment Planning:
    • Develop customized rehabilitation and therapy programs based on individual patient needs.
    • Set measurable goals to track recovery progress.
  • Therapy and Rehabilitation:
    • Provide hands-on treatments such as manual therapy, massage, and joint mobilization.
    • Use equipment like exercise machines, ultrasound, and electrotherapy as needed.
    • Teach patients exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Education and Prevention:
    • Educate patients and families about recovery processes, self-care techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
    • Provide ergonomic advice and workplace assessments when required.
  • Monitoring and Progress Tracking:
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient history, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
    • Refer patients to specialists if needed.
