Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with leads, converting them into loyal clients through exemplary service.
  • Research competitive mortgage rates and negotiate terms that best serve your clients’ needs.
  • Provide comprehensive consultation to clients on mortgage options and educate them throughout the financing process.
  • Submit accurate application files to lenders, ensuring all documentation is complete and well-organized.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and facilitate compliance with regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with real estate agents, financial advisors, and mortgage lenders to generate ongoing business.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process and timely closings.
  • Deliver personalized client service and conduct follow-ups post-closing to foster long-term relationships.
  • Identify and resolve challenges within the loan process to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Utilize advanced technology and CRM tools to manage leads and monitor loan progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Client Care Team to provide exceptional client support and updates.

Required Skills

  • Current NMLS licensure or National Association of Mortgage Broker certification.
  • In-depth understanding of mortgage products and processes from origination to closing.
  • Superior communication, time-management, and analytical skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and loan origination software.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit resourcefulness.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a High School diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in mortgage loan origination or a related field, with a track record of client relationship management and lead conversion.
