We are seeking a highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at a forward-thinking healthcare organization. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to influence strategic decisions and support our growth initiatives through comprehensive data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends and identify key performance indicators affecting business results.
  • Create robust financial models that facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, while evaluating new projects through cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, leading workshops to gather insights and define project scopes.
  • Serve as a vital link between finance and operational departments, preparing and delivering presentations to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards, overseeing data management practices.
  • Conduct thorough economic and market research to inform growth strategies for new markets or business lines, including financial projections.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support the CFO and executive leadership as required.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis, with strong capabilities in Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Capacity to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic workplace.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and NetSuite Planning and Budgeting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA or relevant certifications (CFA, CMA) would be beneficial.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business or financial analyst capacity.
