Position Overview
As a Travel Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will have the opportunity to assist high-profile clients with their travel arrangements from the comfort of your home. This role offers stability and support without the complexities of commission-based work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist elite clients with travel needs via phone and email.
- Research and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
- Address unexpected travel changes and provide exceptional service during stressful situations.
- Maximize clients’ exclusive membership benefits, including Membership Reward points.
Required Skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Excellent geographical knowledge through personal or professional travel.
- Proficiency in navigating the internet and multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring professional interactions with clients.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college experience is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Compensation And Benefits
- Hourly pay starting at $18.00 with potential monthly bonuses.
- Fully remote position with a commitment of up to 40 hours per week, in 8-hour shifts.
