Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to define market positioning, target demographics, and tailored marketing strategies across various channels.
- Spearhead the implementation of content marketing initiatives from conception through execution, promoting a culture of teamwork across internal teams.
- Analyze performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends to formulate data-driven strategies and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with agency teams in CRM, social media, performance marketing, and web to design and enhance lead-nurturing tactics.
- Partner with creative and editorial teams to develop compelling creative briefs and guide the content creation process in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Utilize customer and market insights to refine content strategies, aiming to enhance conversion rates and generate qualified leads.
- Track and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, offering actionable insights for optimization.

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
- 3-5 years of expertise in search, social, and content marketing.
- Strong familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and its interconnected components.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Capacity to analyze challenges, devise actionable plans, and deliver clear recommendations.
