• 7:30 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours for 3×12 shifts

Experience: Minimum 18 months of tele/acute care experience required; 2-3 years of orthopedic experience preferred

License: Pending License accepted

Certifications: BLS, ACLS (required at time of submission), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Must-Have: Nicotine-free, Compliance with all vaccine requirements

Job Description:- Position requires orthopedic expertise in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit.

• Must be open to floating within scope to all affiliated hospitals within a 20-mile radius.
• Block scheduling can be discussed during the interview but cannot be guaranteed and is subject to unit needs.
• Local candidates are accepted with no change to the rate.
• Time-sensitive modules must be prioritized once confirmed for an assignment.
• Include all requested time off upfront during submission, as changes later might not be approved.
• Compliance with the facility’s nicotine-free policy is mandatory, along with passing a standard drug screening.
• First-time travelers are accepted; however, the facility does not accept licenses with any disciplinary action.
• Two references from direct supervisors/managers of the submitted unit are required.
• An EKG and Pharmacy test will be conducted during orientation, with only two attempts allowed. Failing to pass will result in cancellation.

Please note that this facility is a teaching hospital with a staffed capacity of 332 beds, utilizing the EPIC charting system. Scrub color required for this role is white. Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours.
