Job Description

Job Purpose

Accountable for accurate Monthly payroll processing on time, by adhering to statutory compliance, company policies and process. Handle the Special Assignment, train & coach the team

Manage Performance Management and Compensation Modules in Successfactors (admin/super-user level), including Goal Setting, Probation/Reaffirmation, Mid Year/Annual appraisals, Promotions, Compensation Letters and other C&B related areas. Lead data analysis/reporting related to C&B area including managing/publishing headcount and compensation/wage cost (direct/indirect) from time to time. Maintain compensation records of employees and ensure supporting payroll inputs from CoE. Support in participation in bench-marking surveys related to C&B and Policies

Performance Management Process:

  • Admin/Super-user level control on Performance Mgmt/Goal Mgmt Module – Ensure system changes, testing, go-live/launch and ensure process improvement/system changes as per business requirement from time-to-time.

Goal Sheet launch, Probation/Re-affirmation form launch, mid-year appraisal form launch, annual appraisal form launch, calibration sessions, de-bottleneck system issues, coordination with PMP task force across the group, reporting & dashboards, support in PMP roadshows

  • Lead PMP data management, group level data collation of business/sector-wise/function-wise PMP ratings, preparation of presentation deck to GHB for annual PMP closure.

Support in PMP rating audits, ensure sign-offs and support in increment/VPP budget projections

Compensation Module:

Compensation Data Management, Dashboards And Analysis

  • Manage compensation data of employees (including promotion data, past salary progression, special incentives, etc., and publish reports/dashboards on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Conduct compensation and related data analysis, simulations and provide insights for key decision making basis business/special project needs from time-to-time

HR Policies & Processes

  • Support in benchmarking of HR policies & processes, program, practices in view of new development

Education Qualifications

  • Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

5-8 years of domain experience in C&B
