Compliance and Quality Control Manager

We specialize in partnering with Home Builders as well as retail production. FCM funded $2.1 Billion in 2023 through affiliated business arrangements with 13 different home builders, 5 of which rank in the Top 35 Home Builders in the country.

FCM is currently seeking a qualified Compliance and Quality Control Manager located in Austin or Houston location. This builder is privately owned and ranked in the top 100 builders nationally.

At least 5 years experience in mortgage compliance including preparing and responding to state and agency exams.

• Duties:
• Manage 7 to 10 compliance personnel.
• Assist executives, managers and branch personnel with compliance issues.
• Prepare and respond to state and agency audits.
• Manage QC Auditing Dept, disclosing department, cancellation dept, business unit testers, licensing dept, compliance training and investor exceptions.
• Maintain policies and procedures, system documents and training material for state and federal regulations.
• Reconcile and file HMDA.
• Monitor MERS compliance.
• Monitor AML and file SAR’s.
• Work as liaison with accounting firm for FHA compliance audits, Aml and MERS audits.
