Position Overview

The main objective of our Operations team is to make sure deliveries from our restaurant partners to our clients run as efficiently as possible. We do this by managing and dispatching our amazing delivery team. In this role you will be joining our operation team to help support over 100 delivery driver across the country.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing the existing fleet of drivers, this will include everything from
    • Sourcing new drives
    • Onboarding/training new drivers
    • Schedule shifts
    • Effectively managing driver turnover
  • Dispatching drivers, this includes everything from
    • Routing drivers and deliveries in an efficient manner
    • Ensuring drivers arrive on time and have full order details
    • Ensuring drivers meet our delivery standards
    • Troubleshooting any problems/issues as they arise
  • Managing with our internal team
    • Ensuring client delivery information and collected and followed correctly
    • Ensuring restaurant pickup information is complete and followed correctly
    • Reporting back to the team any issues in restaurant preparation time or packaging issues
    • Reporting back to the team any order delay or delivery issues that would affect a client or user
    • Collaboratively working on solutions to problems as they arise

Qualifications

  • Ideally past experience working with food delivery drivers
  • Good people and customer service skills
  • Experience working collaboratively in a fast passed environment
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and troubleshoot
