Job Description
As a Full Life Cycle Recruiter you will be well versed in the recruiting life cycle, client partnership, candidate generation, and candidate closing. You will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to their customers.
In this role, you will manage searches against a timeline and utilize experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Our Recruiters thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, where they can roll up their sleeves and navigate ambiguity. You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners. You will perform candidate generation, client/account management, prioritize your time and tasks in a fast-paced environment, push back when needed, and provide an amazing customer and candidate experience.
This hybrid role will be based in our regional office in (Vila Olimpia) São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Key job responsibilities
In This Role, You Will
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing approaches with an ability to manage partner expectations.
- Build and maintain a sourcing strategy through proactive sourcing and market research while also conducting interviews of potential candidates.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Articulate recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
- Screen, interview, and prepare candidates.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Recruiting experience including full life cycle recruitment
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates
- Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies
- Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills
