We’re Hiring a Full-Time Parent Partner

Here’s What You Need To Qualify

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Personal experience as a parent or family member involved in the Child Welfare system.
  • A closed case with demonstrated family stability.

No prior professional experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

A Day in the Life

As a Parent Partner, You’ll

  • Support parents and caregivers working to reintegrate their children into their homes.
  • Visit families in their homes to teach parenting skills, offer support, and help them complete case plan tasks.
  • Connect families to valuable community resources.
  • Collaborate with Permanency Case Teams to help families meet their goals.
