Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them warmly in person or over the phone.
- Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments.
- Verify and update patient insurance information to ensure accurate billing and records.
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Protect patient rights by ensuring confidentiality of personal and financial data.
- Comfort patients by anticipating their needs and answering their questions while maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Notify providers of patient arrivals and manage service delays, ensuring smooth appointment flow.
- Assist in selling skincare products and gaining knowledge of aesthetic services.
- Operate efficiently between two electronic health record systems.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures, reporting any necessary changes to improve operations.

Experience & Qualifications
- Required
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of medical reception experience.
- Preferred
- 3 years of experience in both customer service and medical reception.
