What you’ll do…?
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and incidents.
- Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets through the help desk system to ensure prompt resolution.
- Troubleshoot user access to SaaS applications and assist with installations, updates, and best practices.
- Triage laptop and hardware issues, escalating to vendors as needed.
- Provide user training, create/update documentation, and maintain an internal knowledge base for FAQs and procedures.
- Assist the IT team with projects and other tasks as needed.
You should have?
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of help desk or technical support experience, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, IT ticketing systems, SaaS user account management, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications ?
- Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
- Familiarity with consulting environments and SaaS application management
