Project Manager Vision 2030 Project

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aligned with Vision 2030 objectives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project milestones and resolve any challenges.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a key liaison between various teams and departments.

Skills

Desired skills and experience:

• Saudi National with a proven track record in project management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, development, or government projects.
• Strong understanding of Vision 2030 goals and their impact on Saudi Arabias development.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working within a government or semi-government organisation is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong report-writing and presentation skills.
