Job Summary
This position is an Associate Product Manager supporting Commercial Operations in North America and will collaborate cross-functionally across all product portfolios and with multiple departments to support and implement processes and KPI tracking that enable efficient, effective commercial execution to deliver sales growth and profitability targets.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership, as well as Product Managers and cross-functional departments, to support, improve, and implement commercial execution processes and KPI tracking.
- Pricing: Lead annual pricing and promotions process by driving project’s timeline, assigning individual responsibilities, coordinating efforts with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring financial projections are accurately incorporated. Complete price adjustments and corrections as they arise. Maintain data on competitive pricing, promotions, and trends.
- Policy: Update and maintain policy documents that govern warranty, shipping, pricing, consignment, promotions, and other commercial processes. Maintain document repository.
- Sales reports: Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track sales and other KPI metrics.
- Collaborate with cross functional team members between multiple internal and external groups such as Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Support sales and marketing in other areas assigned, which may include, but are not limited to: social media reposting, product launch, product management, sales training, market research, and market analysis.

- Ability to assess and understand commercial processes and identify areas of streamlining and/or improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and experience utilizing data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments at varying levels of seniority.
- Ability to lead a project, assign tasks, and ensure on time completion.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, concise writing style.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and possess focus to conduct work quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to handle increasing levels of responsibility and independence.
- Moderate- to advanced-level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities in marketing, product management, or similar areas.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Prefer B.A./B.S. in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Prefer 5+ years working in financial reporting, sales analysis, sales operations, or similar, with the desire to work in marketing.
- Medical device, pharma, or biotechnology experience in a B2B sales environment is preferred.
- Will consider other commensurate education and experience.
