Responsibilities
- Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
- Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
- Ensure CRM is being utilized in accordance with dealership policies and expectations.
- Assist in closing deals and assisting customers as needed.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay: $240,000 to $336,000 is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation 0including salary, commissions, bonuses, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. Employees in this position will be paid a salary of $60,000 per year. Commissions and bonuses are expected to range from $180,000 to $276,000 per year based on performance.
