What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate locations
• Resolve patient service questions and issues to ensure complete patient satisfaction
• Understand and work efficiently in systems leveraged by the Patient Care Center
• Participate in the training and development efforts of pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
• Proficient in understanding pharmacy technology and workflow processes
• Must complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and processes
