What You”ll Do At Monteith

  • Develop CPM construction schedules for commercial projects ($500k–$30M) using Primavera P6.
  • Analyze drawings and specifications to create detailed project schedules, including activities, logic relationships, and durations.
  • Conduct bi-weekly schedule updates with project teams to capture progress and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Perform site visits to monitor project performance and track schedule progress.
  • Recommend strategies to mitigate schedule delays and maintain timelines.
  • Manage tracking systems for weather delays and schedule impacts.
  • Communicate regularly with teams to identify and address potential schedule risks.
  • Participate in Owner/Design meetings to report schedule performance and updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create preconstruction schedules for upcoming projects.

Experience You Should Have

  • Preferred: BS in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a Project Scheduler or 5 years in Project Management with a passion for managing construction schedules
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction project scopes.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced ability to assess project progress and resolve scheduling challenges.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

75,000 – 95,000 USD per year(Monteith Charleston)
