Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Two years of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

This position will provide essential administrative support to the Transportation Planning and Policy Division. The role encompasses performing various clerical task related to reporting, contract monitoring, and record keeping, as well as thoroughly reviewing, processing, and tracking invoices and expenses. The incumbent will actively collaborate on tasks that advance the department’s mission, supporting the division in entering and monitoring project data within the County’s data system entry.
