Job Description
NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Ad Operation based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
The Coordinator of Ads Operations handles all tasks for ad campaign fulfillment on NASCAR Digital Media’s owned and operated properties, including ad inventory management, campaign monitoring, campaign trafficking, and campaign reporting. The coordinator works closely with Sales Development, Ad Product, Platform Management, Finance and Data Analytics teams. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented person who is looking to leverage their problem-solving abilities and learn the fundamentals of digital media.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Implement and monitor ad campaigns to ensure accurate fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Analyze and report ad inventory availability across all platforms; improve analyzing tools and processes to increase revenue
- Track and predict ad impression inventory to maximize ad delivery and improve campaign pacing
- Monitor and track the status of multiple ad campaigns, propose possible optimizations, and provide detailed reporting to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Provide updates to Sales Development team on campaign pacing and performance; notify team of missing creative assets; identify and recommend possible optimizations
- Triage and resolve all ad campaign issues quickly and accurately while also updating processes, as needed
- Other assignments as needed
- Approximate travel 5%
Required skills / experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training in a digital or e-commerce environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in company-provided software, including Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of Content Management Systems, Order Management Systems and Google Ad Manager.
