The Counseling Center is seeking a dynamic Administrative Specialist for the Counseling Center located at 75 Piedmont in Downtown Atlanta.

Here Is What You Will Do:
- Coordinates the waitlist for the Counseling Center
- Day-to-day administrative support and scheduling of clients based on established protocols
- Scheduling of student appointments and referrals for Nutrition, Psychiatry, and other add-on services
- Coordinates the client scheduling function including the training of front office staff
- Provides assistance in the preparation of data for presentations and reporting
- Assists the Director and Associate Director of Clinical Services in the development of front office policies and procedures, and assists in the coordination of workflow for front office staff
- Serves as the lead in scheduling students and front-office operations
- Investigates and resolves complaints concerning front office operations and provides reporting to the Senior Leadership team
- Performs other general duties for the Counseling and Testing Center such as greeting visitors, answering phones, processing incoming mail and faxes, preparing documents for records release, receiving and logging tests for scanning, scanning tests
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned

Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and one year administrative experience; or high school diploma or GED and five years administrative experience; or a combination of education and related experience.
Preferred Hiring Qualifications:
- Experience with Scheduling, Front Office Operations, and Customer Service
- Experience as a leader
- Experience working in a university setting with diverse populations or young adults is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, High School Diploma or GED and six years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
