Job Scope:
The People Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting and streamlining People Operations and payroll processes across our global organization. This position will support the day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HR and payroll data, and supporting compliance with local and international regulations.. This role will focus on providing operational excellence, employee support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Essential Functions
- Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and vendor communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
- Verify payroll inputs to ensure accurate processing
- Serve as the first point of contact for team member inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and processes.
- Assist with reporting and other projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Technical Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software.
- Knowledgeable in ADP Workforce Now, Sapling, CultureAmp, or other related software.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related experience required.
- HR Certification Preferred (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)
$65,000 – $70,000 a year
