We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our HR team and play a strategic role in supporting the organization’s growth and success. As the Manager HRBP, you will oversee a team of HRBPs and work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and align with the company’s overall objectives. Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the HRBP team, aligning HR initiatives with the organization’s goals and vision.Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term HR strategies that promote organizational effectiveness and growth.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of HRBPs, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure the team is delivering exceptional HR support to the organization.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to support decision-making.Develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and proactively address HR-related challenges.
  • Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, to attract and retain top talent.Lead succession planning initiatives to identify and develop high-potential employees for key leadership positions.
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management: Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of issues.Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices and policies are in compliance.Review and update HR policies as needed, communicating changes to the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, action plans, and recognition programs, to enhance the workplace culture.Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights for data-driven decision-making.Prepare and present HR reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 3 to 6 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with a track record of leading and developing HR teams.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and empowerment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to inform decision-making
