Role Purpose And Summary

The primary purpose of the Senior Education Manager position is to lead the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of high-quality education initiatives, to ensure that in-person education meets the needs of the workforce and results in improved care delivery. The Senior Education Manager will work with stakeholders to develop appropriate curricula, produce quality content and education resources, and facilitate the delivery of education programs and ongoing professional development across SCC residential aged care and home care streams. The Senior Education Manager leads a team responsible for conducting on-site education and supports delivery of education as required. T his role requires a strategic approach to programming in-person education, working collaboratively with stakeholders within people and culture, operations and clinical governance business units.
