Job Description

The Coordinator, Multimedia Production is responsible for acting as a key contributor in the production of USA Football’s various audio/video content. This individual will work alongside the other members of the multimedia production team to produce digital media content to support USA Football’s initiatives with a focus on shooting and refining video content for branding, marketing and education.

This individual will prioritize editing education-focused videos by adding annotations, graphics, and explanatory text to highlight strategic insights to aid in sales, educational player and coaching development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in video editing, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and a strong portfolio showcasing their editing and motion graphics skills.

Essential Functions

  • Shoot and edit marketing and education-focused videos based on provided scripts, ensuring smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and seamless audio-video synchronization.
  • Help shoot and cover USA Football events focused on its National Teams (trials, training camps, competitions) and its National Team Development Program as needed.
  • Perform other video production related duties as needed
  • Create basic motion graphics animations to draw lines, arrows, and other visual elements to illustrate player movement, formations, and tactical concepts.
  • Work with AI tools such as ChatGPT for text-to-speech generators for voice over, etc.
  • Collaborate with producers to brainstorm and understand project requirements and deliver high-quality videos that meet our marketing and educational standards.
  • Incorporating relevant text overlays with key points of analysis, potentially including voiceover commentary from coaches or analysts.

Required Education And Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Ability to capture professional level video content on set and on location.
  • Demonstrated experience editing educational videos is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, USA Football provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, etc. The pay range for this position is as follows: $ $40,186 – $60,278.

This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Must meet requirements.
