Job Description

Main Tasks
- Plan network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications; ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools; assessing installation site; and preparing an installation diagram.
- Perform RF & Tx upgrades for customer, ensuring seamless integration of new equipment.
- Performing Cabinet swap as per customer requirements and MOPs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RF systems and transmission equipment.
- Manage documentation, ensuring compliance with site requirements and safety standards.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates and address inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts, plan schedules, and optimize project timelines.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
- Verify service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; and identifying and correcting it.
- Document network by labelling and routing equipment and cables and recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
Qualification And Skills Needed
- At least bachelor’s in electrical, mechanical engineering or Communications.
- AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
- 3+ years of Experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, particularly in electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficient in interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks
Salary: $85,000 to $90,000 plus super
